How is the delivery of a mini-excavator or trailer organized?
Delivery is 100% free within mainland France and takes 5 to 7 business days . Our transport is carried out by specialized carriers equipped with unloading ramps.
🚚 Dedicated Follow-up: You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours before the truck arrives to arrange the exact unloading slot at your construction site or home.
What secure payment methods are accepted?
To guarantee absolute security for large sums of money, PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and certified bank transfers are accepted. Each order generates an official pro forma invoice issued by MMX (NECMO) SASU, registered with the Carcassonne Trade and Companies Register (821 128 808).

How does the 30-day trial period work?
We believe in the quality of our equipment. From the date of delivery, you have 30 calendar days to test and validate your choice directly in the field.

How are used mini-excavators inspected before being shipped?
Each machine (Komatsu, Bobcat, Caterpillar, etc.) undergoes a strict 100-point inspection protocol in our Carcassonne workshops:
